Lead end-to-end execution for packaging, digital, retail, and promotional assets; translate approved design concepts and brand systems into final, deployable deliverables; ensure consistent brand guidelines and technical specifications; adapt assets for local markets; oversee artwork routing, pre-press, and production partners; build scalable asset systems and workflows; collaborate with Shopper Marketing, Brand Activation, Digital, Sales, and eCommerce to meet channel requirements and timelines; oversee agencies and budgets to ensure high-quality, on-time asset delivery and strong brand consistency across touchpoints; based in Warren, NJ with a hybrid model (in-office 3 days/week).
