Job Summary

Prepare materials and presentations for customer showings, coordinating and shipping sales and development samples daily domestically and internationally. Maintain development wall cards, track line status and project documentation in Monday.com, and create Development Purchase Orders as directed. Partner with Design, Marketing, and Showroom teams to facilitate fabric photography, execute seasonal display updates, and manage deadlines for product launches. Assemble, tag, and prepare hand samples, organize production cuts and seasonal fabric libraries, and verify color line submissions. Provide regular updates to the Sales Team regarding sample availability and status. Occasional travel to the High Point showroom required. High School Diploma or GED required.
