Job Summary
Lead design workstreams for RTD & Convenience platforms, implementing seasonal packs and long-term innovations across global brands. Assess strategic innovations, aligning design with Mother Brands' strategy while ensuring global brand consistency and regional nuance. Transform consumer insights into powerful brand range architectures, supervising local workstreams in markets like Australia and the US. Manage a €510K budget, onboard stakeholders including Brands VPs and Market CEOs, and drive alignment with external agencies and internal Ops teams. Support the Global Director in shaping long-term marketing ambition and develop an RTD Playbook to win in the category.
Required Qualifications
- University degree in Marketing, Design, Business, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in Marketing roles, within FMCG, beverages, or a similarly fast-paced international industry
- Strong experience developing primary and secondary packaging across multiple international markets
- Experience in innovation development and building compelling brand range architectures
- Ability to translate consumer and shopper insights into impactful design solutions
- Experience in NPD development and building range architecture
- Excellent project management skills and ability to lead multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Strong strategic thinking combined with creativity and design sensitivity
- Comfortable influencing senior stakeholders and driving alignment across diverse teams
- Strong financial awareness and experience managing project budgets
- Ability to thrive in cross-functional and international environments
- Collaborative, agile, detail-oriented, and able to navigate ambiguity with confidence
- Ability to communicate effectively and inspire others through vision, passion, and ability to bring ideas to life
