Job Summary
Design Manager responsible for the management and delivery of highway projects, leading multi-disciplinary design teams, coordinating design reviews and stakeholder engagement, managing design risks, and ensuring compliance with standards (DMRB, MCHW, TSRGD, CDM 2015) and planning conditions. Role involves driving change control, value engineering, and ensuring designs are constructible, maintainable, and aligned with cost and programme. Requires a Civil Engineering degree and Chartered membership, with significant experience leading design teams and familiarity with NEC contracts and UK client projects.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Civil Engineering or a relevant discipline
- Chartered Membership of a relevant professional body
