Job Summary
Manage daily workflow and scheduling for the design team to meet project deadlines. Review and approve design work for accuracy, brand standards, and production readiness, ensuring designs account for fabrication, materials, and installation requirements. Collaborate cross-functionally with Project Managers, Sales, Production, and Installation teams to move designs efficiently from concept through fabrication and installation. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of graphic designers while maintaining organized design files and identifying workflow improvements. Requires 5+ years of design experience in environmental graphics or signage with advanced Adobe proficiency.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of design experience in environmental graphics, signage, or large-format production
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and the Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong understanding of sign fabrication, materials, and production processes
Desired Qualifications
- Leadership or team coordination experience preferred
