Job Summary
Design Manager (Onsite) oversees the design process from concept through construction for semiconductor-related projects. Leads cross-discipline teams including engineers and project managers; ensures design intent, regulatory compliance, and sustainability principles are embedded in the design. Requires a Bachelor's degree in architecture/engineering, licensure in the US (Arizona preferred), and minimum 7 years in architecture/engineering plus 5 years of management. Proficient with AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, and Recap; strong leadership, communication, and mentoring abilities. In-office role based in Chandler, AZ with responsibilities spanning design updates, coordination with architects/engineers, material recommendations, budgeting, scheduling impacts, and client deliverables.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, construction, or related industry
- Licensed in Arizona or in United States as an architect or engineer – Highly Preferred
- Minimum of seven (7) years of architecture or engineering experience
- Minimum of five (5) years of management experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability with AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, Recap software
- HVAC design: 5 years (preferred)
- Cost management: 5 years (preferred)
- AutoCAD: 5 years (preferred)
- Revit: 5 years (preferred)
