Job Summary
Lead a team of designers and external vendors to deliver high-quality creative work across digital, print, social, and campaign assets while managing the end-to-end design process from concept to production. Act as a strategic partner to Communications, Business Development, and practice groups to translate brand strategy into compelling visuals, ensuring brand guidelines are consistently applied across all outputs. Mentor mid-level and junior designers, refine visual standards with agencies, and oversee the development of brand photography, video, and multimedia assets. Champion continuous improvement by adopting modern tools and revising workflows for efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- 8-10+ years of professional design experience
- strong track record of success in a senior or lead design role
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
- a portfolio showcasing excellence in brand systems, creative direction, and high-quality design execution across print and digital
- Demonstrated ability to drive and maintain a cohesive visual brand across a large organization
- Exceptional skills in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Exceptional skills in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Word)
- Skills in motion graphics, animation, and video editing
- Experience with brand refreshes and rebranding efforts
- Experience mentoring and managing designers
