Job Summary
Lead and collaborate with a design team to create engaging static and motion graphics for global brands, adapting content for multiple markets and using AI tools like Pencil Pro to improve production workflows. Responsibilities include attending project reviews, organizing team meetings, ensuring designs meet brand guidelines and platform specs, creating assets with Figma and the Adobe Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro), and contributing ideas to drive creative solutions. The role emphasizes leadership development, cross-functional collaboration with project managers and clients, localization of content, and staying current with design trends while delivering high-quality work on schedule. This position supports remote work up to 60% of days.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of design experience in an agency or creative environment
- Familiarity with design tools: Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro
- Motion design experience and 3D animation tools (e.g., Blender) for Motion Designers (nice to have)
- Knowledge of social media design best practices and asset optimization for different platforms
- Ability to learn, grow, and stay informed on design trends and technologies
- Comfortable collaborating with teammates, project managers, and clients
- Organized and efficient
- Willingness to learn and develop leadership skills in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with beauty brands is a nice to have
