Design Manager - Infrastructure

Manage and coordinate multi-disciplinary design delivery across assigned projects, packages, or asset scopes in accordance with briefs, standards, budgets, and delivery programs. Support senior management in day-to-day management, coordination, and assurance of design delivery across all project stages. Coordinate design consultants and technical teams to ensure compliant, integrated, and high-quality design outputs. Review and monitor design submissions for quality, completeness, coordination, and alignment with project requirements prior to approvals. Maintain design trackers, action logs, registers, approval workflows, and technical records to support effective governance and reporting. Coordinate interfaces between disciplines, infrastructure systems, assets, consultants, stakeholders, and delivery teams to ensure integrated outcomes. Identify, track, and support mitigation of design-related risks, assumptions, constraints, and dependencies.
