Job Summary
Manage multidisciplinary design teams to ensure coordinated, high-quality technical deliverables across all project stages for Federal clients including USACE, NAVFAC, and AFCEC. Implement QA/QC processes, maintain fiduciary responsibility for project budgets, and act as the primary client interface leading reviews and presenting design decisions. Develop detailed project execution plans, manage change and risk, and coordinate work across architects, engineers, and stakeholders using digital platforms like Autodesk Construction Cloud or BIM. Prepare technical documentation focused on federal standards and compliance while contributing to pursuit strategies and fee proposals. Requires 10+ years in the federal market, CPM certification within 30 days, and US citizenship. Travel up to 20%.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ or more years' relevant experience in the federal market sector
- Min. 5+ years' experience leading large multi-discipline design-engineered solutions and construction projects
- Strong financial background related to projects and client management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills that are clear and concise
- Experience reviewing drawings and multi-discipline designs on digital platforms
- Experience working with projects that utilize Fundamental knowledge of Autodesk Platforms: Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) or Building Information Modelling (BIM) engineered solutions
- Obtain Certified Project Management (CPM) certification status within 30 days of hire
- BA in Architecture or Engineering-related fields focused on the built environment
- Candidates need to be a citizen of the United States of America
