Job Summary
Develop and implement BIM Execution Plans, setting protocols, workflows, and modeling standards for data center construction projects. Manage model development across all phases, lead coordination meetings for clash detection using Navisworks and Revizto, and integrate subcontractor models into federated models. Oversee 3D/4D/5D model accuracy, LOD, and data integrity while supporting construction with QTOs, 4D sequencing, and progress tracking. Link models to QA/QC and commissioning data to deliver COBie, as-built models, and digital twins for handover, ensuring integration with CAFM/CMMS systems. Mentor BIM teams and promote digital innovation. Requires 8–10 years of BIM experience with 4–5 years on mission-critical data center projects and proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and ACC.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline
- 8 - 10 years of BIM experience
- at least 4–5 years on mission-critical/data center or large infrastructure projects
- Expert proficiency in Autodesk Revit
- Expert proficiency in Navisworks Manage
- Expert proficiency in AutoCAD
- Expert proficiency in BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)
- Expert proficiency in Synchro or Primavera for 4D planning
- Expert proficiency in Dynamo
- Expert proficiency in Rhino
- Expert proficiency in Grasshopper
- Familiarity with ISO 19650, PAS 1192, and common BIM standards
- Understanding of clash detection, model validation, and LOD requirements
- Experience integrating models with scheduling (4D), and field workflows
- Deep understanding of MEP systems, sequencing, and construction phasing
