Job Summary
Join Gensler as a Creative Producer & Design Manager in our Experiential Design Practice, where you'll facilitate experiential and strategic design solutions for varied clients. Your responsibilities include client management, project scope and budget management, and ensuring quality control and financial performance across multiple projects. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to cultivate positive relationships with clients and teams. A Bachelor's degree and over 8 years in a relevant field, including 5 years in a leadership role is essential, along with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and project management tools.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years’ experience in design consultancy, development organization, creative production, architecture/interiors or related field
- 5+ years leading creative teams and overseeing project work
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong leadership, organization, communication and relationship management skills
- Experience in organizing, writing and delivering proposals for project work
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Word and Excel
- Knowledge of project management tools and methods
- Organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Comfortable in internal and external client facing situations
