Job Summary
Lead workplace design delivery across multiple projects; serve as primary design interface for clients; oversee end-to-end design processes ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery; collaborate with Project Management, Engineering, Cost Management, and Marketing; develop workplace design strategies aligned with market trends and client goals; support business development through design input and client presentations; review and manage design and design-build RFPs for timely, competitive submissions; drive commercial performance and resource utilization.
Required Qualifications
- B.Arch / M.Arch or equivalent qualification
- 10–15 years of experience in Workplace Design / Commercial Interiors
