Job Summary
Manage and coordinate project tasks across groups, monitor budgets, and lead roadway design for preliminary and final projects. Develop project documents including reports, studies, construction contracts, and permit applications while interacting with clients, regulatory agencies, and the public. Exhibit quality work aligned with the firm's management plan and provide training assistance to engineers. Assist in business development proposals. Requires a licensed Professional Engineer in MN with 5+ years in transportation design and proficiency in AutoDesk or Bentley software. Based in Minneapolis, MN.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering or a similar degree from an accredited school.
- Licensed Professional Engineer in MN or with the ability to obtain MN licensure within 6 months.
- 5+ years of experience as a Civil Engineer in transportation design.
- Proven ability to develop and produce construction plans and documents using AutoDesk or Bentley design software(s).
- Proven ability to develop studies, reports, technical specifications, regulatory permits, applications, construction estimates, and other project documents.
- An enthusiastic, strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

- Experience in a position with progressive job responsibilities in the field of Civil Engineering.
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects, people and/or tasks.
