Job Summary
Guide a team of designers to produce world-class digital product experiences for a flagship travel brand, overseeing the creation, maintenance, and evolution of complex design systems. Shape creative vision for digital platforms, aligning with client goals and diverse global user needs while collaborating closely with UX, strategy, and development teams. Present concepts to clients with strategic insight and actively mentor junior and mid-level designers to foster professional growth and accountability. This role requires onsite presence twice a week in Atlanta, with candidates based locally or open to relocation.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in UI design, art direction, or a related field
- Proven ability to lead and inspire teams
- Deep expertise in creating and evolving design systems
- Strong working knowledge of user interface, application, mobile, and responsive design principles
- Expert proficiency in Figma
- Exceptional communication skills
- Experience collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams, including UX and development
- A proactive mindset
- A strong point of view
- Candidates must be based in Atlanta or open to relocation
