Job Summary
Design Intern – Architecture/ Landscape Architecture: Support the design process for waterfront infrastructure projects by evaluating, selecting, and applying architectural, landscape, and design methods, participating in programming, design development, and production of construction documents. Develop construction documents, plans, and details; execute red-marked revisions; evaluate and integrate engineering systems with code, accessibility, and zoning analyses. Work independently and with the team to meet budget and schedule constraints. Create project visualizations using 3D rendering software; develop and coordinate presentation and marketing materials; collaborate with Design Staff. Eligible candidates are pursuing a professional degree in Landscape Architecture, Design, or related discipline, with strong communication, problem-solving, and software proficiency, and an interest in LEED/AP credentials. Must complete pre-employment background check and require legal ability to work in the U.S. Office-based role with potential site visits in Baton Rouge, LA. - Proficiency in 3D modeling, visualization, and graphic software
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
- Interest in completing LARE, LEED AP, or other
- Background check compliance (pre-employment) and E-Verify employment eligibility
