Job Summary
Design Intern will collaborate with Registered Landscape Architects on projects across the United States and internationally, applying advanced architectural and landscape design methods through programming, design development, and coordination and production of construction documents. The role involves developing construction documents, plans and details; executing red-marked revisions; evaluating and integrating engineering systems with code, accessibility, and zoning analyses; working independently and with a team to meet budget and schedule constraints; developing project visualizations using 3D rendering software; and preparing presentation and marketing materials. Requirements include pursuing a professional degree in Landscape Architecture, Design, or related discipline, strong design excellence, proficiency in 3D modeling, visualization, and graphic software, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; interest in completing LARE, LEED AP, or related credentials; background check and E-Verify eligibility to work in the U.S. The majority of work is office-based with some site visits potential.
Required Qualifications

- Commitment to Design Excellence
- Interest in working at all scales of design, from regional systems to details, and all project phases
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Problem solving skills, attention to detail, and motivation to learn
- Collaborative and professional work ethic
- Proficiency in 3D modeling, visualization, and graphic software
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
- Interest in completing LARE, LEED AP, or other
- All new hires will be required to successfully complete and pass a pre-employment background check in compliance with NIST 800-171
