Job Summary
Full-time Design Fellow at Emergent Order Foundation (EO.F) in Austin, TX for a year-long fellowship. Responsibilities include designing visually compelling graphics for social platforms (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Substack, and X), assisting with basic motion design and video edits, collaborating with the design and production teams to align with brand guidelines, maintaining and expanding the asset library, creating design templates, and contributing to brainstorming sessions. Requires a portfolio, proficiency in After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator, and a minimum of 2 years of experience. This on-site role reports to the President & COO and requires work authorization in the United States. Must be able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines while staying current with design trends and AI tools.
Required Qualifications
- Portfolio demonstrating design process and outcomes
- Minimum 2 years of design experience
- Proficiency in After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator
- Ability to collaborate across departments and manage multiple projects
- Willingness to work on-site in Austin, TX
- Ability to stay current with design trends and tools (including AI)
- Legal ability to work in the United States
