Job Summary
Lead and guide Electrical, Mechanical, Software, and Systems Engineering teams focused on lithium-ion power products; own engineering processes, lifecycle leadership, and transition of designs into manufacturing. Drive technology assessment, opportunities for product growth, and customer-facing technical leadership throughout development and production, including specification development, verification/validation planning, resource management, and bid strategy support.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering
- Minimum of seven (7) years of engineering leadership experience with a proven track record in electromechanical control systems and power systems
- Minimum of three (3) years of personnel management experience
- Experience in the design and manufacturing of lithium-ion power products
- Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary engineering teams and bring products successfully from concept through production
- Strong customer interface and communication skills
