Job Summary
Work with customer engineering contacts to establish product requirements for anti-vibration automotive solutions. Create 3D models and 2D drawings to meet customer specs, then assist in the manufacture and validation of prototypes. Collaborate with the production facility to optimize designs for manufacturability and cost, while working with suppliers to develop cost and weight reduction ideas. Provide reports and technical information to meet internal and customer requirements. A BSME is required, with experience in rubber anti-vibration products, CATIA, and the automotive industry preferred.
