Job Summary
Design Engineer (VRF Systems) to support the development of VRF HVAC products, focusing on functional design, system performance optimization, cost analysis, and reliability improvements. Responsibilities include assisting in design and development of VRF air conditioning systems, conducting cost reduction initiatives, supporting product testing and quality control, following development plans and timelines, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure product quality and safety standards. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or related field) and 0–2 years of experience; proficient in Excel and PowerPoint with good English communication.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- 0–2 years of experience (fresh graduates are welcome)
- Basic understanding of air conditioning systems or HVAC principles is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Good command of English
