Job Summary
As a Design Engineer on the Design Acceleration team, you will focus on architecting and building scalable backend services and APIs that connect design tools to AI models. Responsibilities include developing workflows, maintaining data architecture, creating internal tools, and ensuring seamless deployment of design tools and prototypes. Required qualifications include 3+ years of software engineering experience, skills in full-stack or backend development, and familiarity with AI protocols and Figma plugin architecture. Familiarity with Roblox development and automated code generation are nice to have.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of software engineering experience
- Strong focus on full-stack or backend development
- Experience with systems architecture and API design
- Demonstrated experience building scalable internal services
- Familiarity with LLM orchestration and AI protocols
- Experience with cloud infrastructure
- Understanding of Figma plugin architecture
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Roblox development
- Familiarity with Lua/React-Lua
- Experience with ASTs (Abstract Syntax Trees)
