Job Summary
Design and implement user-friendly interfaces using React and TypeScript to enhance user interaction within our visual conversational AI platform. Collaborate with a team of eight to develop and refine UI/UX designs that elevate the conversational experience, utilizing Figma for prototyping and ensuring alignment with product goals. Integrate OpenAI technology to enhance conversational capabilities and participate in user testing sessions to iterate on design solutions. Work closely with product managers and engineers to ensure a cohesive development process from concept to launch. This role is onsite in Seattle for a seed-stage startup focused on building human-like video chat interactions.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in full-stack development with a focus on product design and UI/UX
- Proficient in React and TypeScript
- Experience using Figma for design and prototyping
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with AI technologies, particularly OpenAI
- Previous experience in a startup environment
- Knowledge of best practices in UI/UX design and user-centered design principles
- Experience with agile development methodologies and collaborative team environments
