Job Summary
Design Engineer (Product Manual) to develop and manage product manuals and customer-facing documentation for HVAC air conditioning products, translating technical information into clear user materials for product launches, after-sales service, and customer understanding. Responsibilities include preparing and maintaining manuals and user documentation (installation, service, and product guides), supporting development of customer-facing literature for new products, compiling technical data into clear content, ensuring accuracy and consistency, designing/formatting materials with Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop, managing documentation updates and version control, uploading to websites, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of manuals for product launches; requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and 2–3 years in HVAC-related documentation/service/engineering support; proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Adobe tools; knowledge of AutoCAD/SolidWorks is a plus; strong attention to detail and clear information organization; good English communication.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field)
- 2–3 years of experience in HVAC or related field (documentation, service, or engineering support)
- Basic understanding of air conditioning (HVAC) systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with Adobe tools (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
- Knowledge of AutoCAD / SolidWorks is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to organize information clearly
- Good command of English
