Job Summary
Onsite Design Engineer role in Subic Bay Freeport Zone requiring a Bachelor's in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering with licensure. The candidate will lead engineering design of infrastructure projects, coordinate across internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery, prepare technical drawings, specifications, and reports, provide technical guidance, manage project documentation, and assure QA throughout the design process.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Civil Engineering
- Must be a licensed engineer
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in infrastructure engineering design
- Strong background in project coordination and stakeholder management
- Proficiency in relevant design software and tools
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and recommend process improvements
