Job Summary
Design Engineer at Menasha Corporation: Identify customer needs and translate into cost-effective, tooling-ready designs feasible to manufacture. Develop commercially viable designs for product offerings using CAD; collaborate with Project Engineers, customers and tooling vendors to move products from concept to production; create robust models with sound design practices; maintain ISO quality procedures; provide technical customer support. Proficiency with Creo Parametric and related design tools, experience with Windchill/SolidWorks/AutoCAD/FEA tools, and knowledge of plastic injection molding and tooling design are highly relevant.
Required Qualifications
- Creo Parametric Professional Certification or equivalent
- Associates in Mechanical Design Technology
- 2 years of relevant work experience
- 4 years of applicable technical experience with Creo (ProE)
- Experience with Product Development in an ISO controlled environment
- Knowledge of plastic injection molding, tooling, and tooling design
