Job Summary
Lead product design and implementation by owning the full UI, interactions, and visual system, translating Figma concepts directly into React, Next.js, and Tailwind code. Build and evolve the design system while creating micro-interactions and animations with Framer Motion to bring the platform to life. Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering to integrate user feedback into design decisions and ensure consistent, scalable documentation. Maintain pixel-perfect standards and system-level thinking across all interfaces. Work within a small, high-impact team in Cologne, supported by direct founder collaboration and a remote-working budget.
Required Qualifications
- React / Next.js und Tailwind CSS
- Figma
- Design Systems
- Animationen und Micro-Interactions (Framer Motion o.ä.)
- Ein starkes Portfolio, das beides zeigt: Design-Thinking und Code
Desired Qualifications
- Erfahrung mit datenintensiven Interfaces (Dashboards, Tabellen, Filterlogik)
- Typografie, Spacing, Farbsysteme — du kannst erklären warum etwas so aussieht
- Motion Design oder Lottie-Animationen
