Job Summary
Prepare technical drawings and quantity calculations independently for innovative refractory engineering projects. Compile price offers and generate specialized design documentation, including heat transfer and thermal expansion analyses. Manage your own projects with high efficiency and accuracy, meeting tight deadlines while working in a collaborative environment. Occasionally visit execution sites or work abroad. Requires minimum five years of experience in refractory engineering, specifically for vessels handling molten iron and steel, along with mandatory 2D CAD skills in ACAD.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in refractory engineering
- General knowledge in refractory engineering
- Specific monolithic refractory and refractory brick engineering knowledge in vessels for molten iron and steel (Ladle, EAF, BOF, Degasser, ...)
- Intermediate English language skills, confident use of the language
- Computer skills, including MS Office package (Excel & Word), OneDrive
- 2D CAD: ACAD
Desired Qualifications
- any extra language skills
- 3D CAD knowledge specifically in Creo
