Job Summary
Advocate for Design Technology by fostering relationships with Design, Engineering, and Business partners to ensure product quality and innovation. Engage in diverse projects across web and native stacks to build internal tools, custom automations, and APIs that streamline workflows. Collaborate closely with designers and product leads to translate concepts into sophisticated, interactive prototypes using code for exploration and validation. Champion Design Technology by delivering production-ready code that demonstrates its value and serves as a liaison ensuring design vision integrity. Work as a self-directed individual passionate about creating immersive experiences, leveraging expertise in front-end development and modern web technologies.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in front-end or full-stack development, UI engineering, design technology, or similar roles
- Proficiency in modern web development technologies such as JavaScript (ES6), TypeScript, and various JS frameworks and tools
- Hands-on experience in building Figma plugins and using the Figma API
- Demonstrated expertise in working with and constructing APIs, including REST and GraphQL
- Experience in native development, especially Swift/SwiftUI, or Android Compose
- Proficiency in setting up and managing production deployment pipelines, continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes and related tools and practices
- Proficiency in leading design tools like Figma, Creative Cloud, etc.
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with animation tools and libraries such as Three.js, WebGL, GSAP, Lottie, and Rive
- Working knowledge of Git/Github and proficiency in common Git workflows
