Design Engineer I

Design Engineer I responsible for using CAD to conceptualize, design, and develop laboratory instruments and components. Will work independently and in cross-functional teams on increasingly complex projects, applying engineering principles, design methods, and manufacturing processes. Duties include creating detailed CAD designs, preparing and participating in testing procedures, providing technical support to manufacturing, quality, and safety, investigating product non-conformances and engineering change requests, assisting Presales and After-Sales teams, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations. Requires knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes, and product functionalities, with a willingness to continually develop new skills in product design and engineering, while safeguarding confidentiality and demonstrating adaptability and operational excellence.
