Job Summary
Design Engineer performs ASME code calculations for heat exchangers and pressure vessels, and supports design efforts to develop custom solutions. Responsibilities include developing engineering specifications for design and procurement of subsystems and components, creating and documenting design specifications and drawings, analyzing specs to ensure manufacturability, preparing product layout drawings, and managing projects from planning through completion within time and budget. Requires degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology (AS or BS) and experience with ASME code calculations, ASME/TEMA/API standards, and familiarity with oil, gas, and petrochemical industries; strong project management and collaboration across levels.
