Job Summary
Design Engineer to support Van Cleef Engineering Associates in the Pottstown, PA office, focusing on subdivision and land development projects across Residential, Retail, Commercial, Industrial and Institutional sectors. Responsibilities include designing diverse subdivision/land development projects, reviewing zoning/subdivision/stormwater regulations, assisting Sr. Project Designers, preparing Sketch Plans, Site Plans, Grading and Utilities, and Subdivision/Land Development design packages. Requires working knowledge of AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Hydroflow, and Microsoft Office; collaboration with project managers and team members to align goals, schedules, and timelines; strong time management. Qualifications include BS in Civil Engineering or related field preferred and 2-3 years of progressive design experience; EIT preferred. Required Qualifications
- BS in Civil Engineering or related field preferred
- 2-3 years of progressive experience in the design of private subdivision and land development projects
- EIT preferred
- Completion of continuing education classes or coursework relevant to the industry or position
