Design Engineer, Americas

Design Engineer role blending design and coding to tackle challenging product problems at scale. You’ll redesign and build in-house design systems, create flexible, reusable components, wireframe new flows, influence information hierarchy and data models, and collaborate closely with Product Engineers and recruiters. The role expects proficiency in both design and engineering, shipping features to hundreds of users, and contributing to a design system while maintaining fast iteration and shipping mindset. Seniority options include Junior, Mid, and Staff levels, with a clear path from Junior (no more than 2 years) to Design Engineer (2+ years) and Staff Design Engineer, across a product at scale with notable customers and users.
