Job Summary
Conduct strategic masterplanning, concept design, and detailed planning applications for significant residential projects across the Wales and West. Drive business development, generate revenue, and lead recruitment to grow the Design service team. Shape the creative direction of projects and regional business growth in collaboration with senior Directors. Manage financial oversight and mentor staff while maintaining a strong client following in the local area.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Architecture, Urban Design, Architectural Technology or Civil Engineering
- Associate Director/Director in an established design practice or developer in the UK
- Minimum of 15 years' experience in the UK residential industry
- Demonstrable track record of consented and delivered residential led projects in the Wales and West
- Demonstrable client following and reputation in the Wales and West
- Excellent knowledge of local authorities in the Wales and West
- At least 5 years' experience of leading teams and mentoring staff
- Excellent experience of financial management
- Eligibility to work permanently in the UK without sponsorship
