Design Director

Design Director for Jack Morton to lead the development of award-winning Environmental Designs and branded live experiences. Responsibilities include designing immersive 3D environments, presenting concepts to clients and internal stakeholders, mentoring and directing a design team (1-5 staff), managing budgets and construction drawings, ensuring regulatory compliance, and collaborating across the Creative department and organization. Ideal candidate has BA/BFA in Industrial Design, Architecture, Scenic Design, or 10+ years in design/experiential marketing, with strong communication, entrepreneurial mindset, and proactive leadership.
