Job Summary
Coordinate multidisciplinary design activities across civil, structural, electrical, mechanical disciplines to align with project requirements; facilitate design reviews; manage drawings, specifications, and documentation; liaison between project teams, consultants, and construction; support RFIs and design changes; contribute to constructability reviews, value engineering, risk identification; provide input to schedules and cost estimates; support project meetings and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Architecture, or a related discipline
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Structural, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering (preferred)
- EIT, P.Eng., CET, or equivalent designation considered an asset
- Experience working within EPC, design-build, or construction-led project environments
- Experience supporting construction-phase design coordination and change management
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical reports
- Knowledge of design management and document control processes
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, or similar design tools is an asset
- Strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills
- Working knowledge of infrastructure standards, codes, and regulatory requirements
