Design Contractor Planning Senior Specialist

Oversee and/or prepare complex electrical designs for multiple internal organizations; manage design projects from inception to construction with policy/rule/rate compliance and through completion; mentor Planning Associates and Designers; perform long-term grid import planning analyses, power flow studies, and economic analyses; coordinate with internal teams to ensure project success and meet reliability targets; engage in field inspections and customer-facing work to align design needs with operational realities; maintain knowledge of industry practices and standards; facilitate the design and implementation of distribution projects while balancing scope, timing, and budget.
