Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features, materials, and customization options. Guide clients through the purchasing process, process transactions, arrange delivery or pickup, and address inquiries. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and assist with post-sales issues. Handle administrative duties including updating inventory records, responding to communications, and maintaining showroom cleanliness. Participate in weekly training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales techniques. Schedule includes evenings and weekends; closed on major holidays.
