Job Summary
Interact with customers daily to understand their design preferences and recommend suitable concepts, styles, and layouts aligned with their needs. Advise clients on visually effective and aesthetically appealing choices while collaborating with internal design teams to bring recommended ideas to life. Ensure high customer satisfaction by providing accurate and impactful design guidance. This role operates within a pleasant, low-hierarchy environment focused on innovation and learning, offering flexibility to explore new design approaches.
Required Qualifications
- Strong communication & customer-handling skills
- Good understanding of design basics (colors, layouts, aesthetics)
- Ability to suggest ideas, not just create designs
- 2–4 years of experience in wallpaper, surface, textile, or pattern design
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in D2C / customer-facing roles is a plus
