Design Consultant

Generate new business by prospecting leads, networking, and leveraging company resources to build a personal book of business. Engage with customers to understand their design preferences and lifestyle needs, then provide personalized solutions including furniture placement, color schemes, and accessory selections. Visit clients' homes to implement design plans, create mood boards and room layouts, and review final presentations while discussing pricing and delivery schedules. Collaborate with Sales Consultants on special-order SKUs, assist with in-store floor plans, and process sales transactions using CRM tools. Maintain showroom displays and stay current on trends to maximize transaction values and achieve monthly sales targets.
