Design Consultant I

Provide expert advice on design elements such as color, texture, lighting, and layout while recommending products that fit within the customer's budget. Build relationships with customers to establish long-term partnerships and generate repeat business. Consult with customers in the showroom to assess design needs and create design plans and presentations using CAD software. Keep the showroom organized and visually appealing, ensuring all products are properly displayed and stocked to track inventory levels and place orders as necessary. Handle showroom incoming calls, document and process customer complaints, and quote prices to prepare proposals with accurate pricing and product information regarding sale and delivery. This role requires 2-3 years of retail sales experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. Schedule includes 8-hour shifts from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM with weekends required. No remote work is available.
