Job Summary
Design Consultant responsible for guiding customers through the buying journey in a Vancouver store for a premium Canadian furniture brand. Deliver a high level of customer service while driving sales performance in a commission-based environment. Help customers create thoughtful spaces across upholstery, dining, bedroom, and accessories, while developing strong product knowledge and maintaining long-term relationships. Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales goals and contribute to a collaborative, high-performing store culture. Must be self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and capable of working evenings, weekends, and holidays. Strong communication and relationship-building skills and a passion for modern design and premium craftsmanship are essential.
