Job Summary
Conduct interior design consultations and makeovers to help customers visualize their dream rooms, utilizing relationship selling techniques to maximize sales opportunities. Discern and coordinate colors and textures while translating customer wants into design choices based on their taste, lifestyle, and investment range. Drive to client residences and businesses for in-person appointments and engage customers virtually through live chats to determine specific needs. Build meaningful, long-term relationships that reflect the customer's personal style while creating and presenting product solutions. Work weekends and holidays in a commissioned sales environment within a state-of-the-art showroom, supported by comprehensive training in design skills and sales strategies.
