Job Summary
Conduct interior design consultations and makeovers to help customers visualize their dream rooms, utilizing relationship selling techniques to maximize sales opportunities. Discern and coordinate colors and textures while translating customer wants into design choices based on their taste, lifestyle, and investment range. Drive to client residences and businesses for in-person makeovers and engage customers through virtual appointments and live chats to determine specific needs. Build meaningful long-term customer relationships by leveraging product knowledge from furniture construction to current design trends.
