Design Consultant

Meet with clients in their homes to understand needs, create tailored design solutions for custom window treatments, and guide them through the buying process to confident sales. Manage your own schedule, appointments, and follow-ups while building additional business through referrals and local networking. Deliver an exceptional experience from first visit to final installation. This role offers uncapped commission earnings averaging $70K–$100K+, supported by four weeks of paid training and company-provided appointments. You will work independently in the field with flexible hours, including at least one weekend day, and receive full benefits including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) match. No prior design experience is required; we provide all necessary tools and training to help you transform spaces and grow your income.
