Design Consultant

Meet with clients in their homes to understand needs, create tailored design solutions for custom window treatments, and guide them through the buying process to close sales. Manage your own schedule, appointments, and follow-ups while building additional business through referrals and local networking. Deliver an exceptional experience from first visit to final installation. This full-time role includes company-provided appointments, three weeks of paid training, and uncapped earning potential with an average of $70K–$100K+. Flexible schedule requires working at least one weekend day and four days during the week.
