Design Consultant

Meet with clients in their homes to understand their needs and recommend custom window treatments, creating simple design solutions tailored to each client's style and budget. Guide clients through the buying process and confidently close sales within the single visit, while managing your own schedule, appointments, and follow-ups. Build additional business through referrals and local networking to deliver an exceptional experience from first visit to final installation. This role offers uncapped commission with average earnings of $70K–$100K+, includes four weeks of paid training, and requires flexibility to work at least one weekend day.
