Job Summary
Meet with clients in their homes to understand needs and recommend custom window treatments, creating simple design solutions tailored to each client's style and budget. Guide clients through the buying process and confidently close sales during single-visit appointments, while managing your own schedule, appointments, and follow-ups. Build additional business through referrals and local networking to deliver an exceptional experience from first visit to final installation. This full-time role offers three weeks of paid training, company-provided appointments, and uncapped earning potential with an average of $70K–$100K+. Flexible to work at least one weekend day and four days during the week.
