Job Summary
Meet with clients in their homes to understand needs and recommend custom window treatments, creating simple, beautiful design solutions tailored to each client's style and budget. Guide clients through the buying process and confidently close sales during single-visit appointments, while managing your own schedule, appointments, and follow-ups. Build additional business through referrals and local networking to deliver an exceptional experience from first visit to final installation. This full-time opportunity includes three weeks of paid training and company-provided appointments to help you build a high-impact career from day one.
Required Qualifications
- Flexible to work at least one weekend day
- Flexible to work 4 days during the week
- Reliable transportation
- Comfortable traveling locally
