Required Qualifications
- 3 years of healthcare construction management
- Supervisory experience of both direct reports and/or vendor management to include third party
- Experience with analyzing and negotiating financial terms for vendor services and construction proposals
- Upon hire: Healthcare Construction Certificate (HCC) or Certified Healthcare Constructor (CHC)
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Business Administration or equivalent preferred
- Experience with new construction and tenant improvement project leadership
- Experience managing multiple teams of direct reports
- Healthcare Construction Certificate (HCC) or Certified Healthcare Constructor (CHC) preferred
